The Lead the Pack Challenge focuses on bringing together the parent community to make the most possible for every student through the Flint Hill Fund.

Can your division show your commitment to Flint Hill students by reaching these overall participation goals?
- 75% for Lower School
- 70% for Middle School
- 65% for Upper School
If your child’s division reaches the participation goal by the deadline, all students in that division will celebrate with:
- Pajama Day! in the Lower School on Tuesday, April 23
- Free Dress Day! in the Middle School on Friday, April 26
- Mr. Paige Pie in the Face Day! in the Upper School on Tuesday, April 23

Make a gift to the Flint Hill Fund and be part of helping to pull the husky sled this school year. Not only will you be supporting the student experience here at Flint Hill, but we’ll celebrate with some fun for your kids in any division that reaches its goal!
All current families are encouraged to participate in the Flint Hill Fund for our Lead the Pack Challenge. If you gave or pledged earlier this year, you’re already counted in!
Because when we come together to support the Flint Hill Fund - we’re working toward one common goal: to make the most possible for our students. See more details about the Fund and the various areas of the school you can choose to support here.
As always, your gift or pledge of any amount will count toward your participation in the Flint Hill Fund. Every year, gifts to the Flint Hill Fund range from $1 - $50,000. Last year, the average gift from current families was $1,372 and the median gift was $500.
There’s time to participate, but don’t wait until it’s too late! Make your gift today – all gifts or pledges received by the deadline will count toward the Lead the Pack Challenge. Remember, if you gave or pledged earlier this year, you’re already counted in!
