Flint Hill Community,

I hope you enjoyed the additional snow and the long weekend for the MLK holiday.

Last week, we sent a note to our entire Flint Hill community to encourage participation and feedback for the school’s long-range future via this Strategic Planning Survey. Our consultant partner, Mission & Data, has shared that we have already received hundreds of responses from families, employees, alumni, and alumni families. For those who have already responded, thank you. Your care for our community and its future is very much appreciated. 

For those who have not yet responded, please take a few moments before the end of the day on Friday, January 24 to do so. While the surveys are anonymous, every word shared will be read and thoughtfully considered by our Strategic Planning Task Force, as we work together to chart the future strategic vision for Flint Hill.  

In total, these survey responses will underscore the many outstanding qualities of Flint Hill, which we will aim to hold true for future iterations of the School, as well as opportunities for growth or improvement to benefit our Huskies and the community. I am eager to share more of what we’re hearing, as well as what we’ll do with this information, as the strategic planning process continues to unfold.
